We’re looking for a hungry hunter – someone who builds their own pipeline, closes their own deals, and doesn’t wait for leads to come to them. If you know payments, understand merchants’ pain points, and have real contacts in the industry, let’s talk.

What you’ll do

  • Source, pitch, and sign new merchants -from cold outreach to signed agreement
  • Build and grow a pipeline through your own network, agents, conferences, and LinkedIn outbound
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage the full deal cycle with decision-makers
  • Develop a network of agents and introducers who bring deal flow
  • Track market trends, competitive landscape, and merchant needs to sharpen your positioning

Who you are

INDUSTRY BACKGROUND

  • Proven experience in Payments, PSP, FinTech, iGaming, Crypto, or high-risk processing
  • Comfortable discussing pay-in / pay-out, settlement, approval rate, routing, KYC/KYB – not just as buzzwords, but with real understanding.
  • English & Russian required

REAL MERCHANT NETWORK

  • Your own contacts: merchants, affiliate managers, traffic sources, agents you can call tomorrow
  • Experience working with an agent / introducer network (or actively building one)

HUNTER MINDSET

  • You find clients yourself – outbound, cold contact, warm intros, whatever it takes
  • You’ve hit (and beaten) your quota – and you know exactly how much revenue you’ve brought in
  • You don’t fold after the first “no” – you dig into the objection, understand it, and find a solution
  • You’re growing fast because you’ve hit the ceiling where you are – not because you’re running from something
