Manitist.io is a international fintech startup developing a payment gateway for the gambling and betting industries

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition and development of payment channels (PSPs, acquirers, APMs, banks) for the company’s products in the high-risk iGaming segment.

  • Research, evaluation, and onboarding of payment providers and alternative payment methods (local APMs, e-wallets, cards, etc.).

  • Conducting negotiations and agreeing on commercial terms (commissions, volumes, SLAs).

  • Monitoring the payment technology market, competitors, and local regulations in new geographies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a BizDev / Partnerships / PSP Manager in FinTech, iGaming, or the payments industry (especially in high-risk).

  • Strong network of payment providers, banks, and acquirers.

  • Deep understanding of PSP / acquiring / POS / APM / payment API integrations.

  • Fluent in English and Russian
