Our success builds upon a best-in-class product, customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing, and deep credit decision-making expertise. One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi-million customer base. We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market-leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and gained solid traction. India is our next market, and we are looking to launch in the next six months. Your Role:

As the Onboarding Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining onboarding strategies and flows of customers from their initial interaction with our products. You will play a key role in ensuring that our onboarding process smoothly integrates new users into our system, fostering satisfaction and loyalty as well as onberving cards distribution to customers.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive onboarding strategies to enhance customer engagement from the outset.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and collaborate with compliance, legal, and HQ product team to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey.
  • Regularly define, analyze, and propose enhancements to onboarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement of the onboarding experience.
  • Observe and maintain the Plastic Cards Distribution flow.

  • Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills, with a deep understanding of financial analysis, economics, and banking operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders

Your Experience:

  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Experience in banking or fintech, focusing on product/onboarding KYC development within financial services is preferred.  Experience in working with mobile apps is required.
  • Your experience includes working with onboarding flow of the mobile application, managing operations and the team. 
  • You are well-versed in developing business models and employing product analytics and A/B testing to drive product decisions and improvements.
  • You possess an understanding of Scrum principles and have extensive experience enhancing customer experience in payment or other mobile apps. 
  • Your skillset is complemented by strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, enabling effective relationship-building across business and technical teams.

Competitive compensation is negotiable depending on the candidate’s level.

You will report to our project director in India and work closely with our partner bank and Payments Business Lead at Fintech Farm. Our partner bank is based in Mumbai, and our central payments and development teams are based in Europe, you will be a vital bridge between these worlds.
