One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi-million customer base.

We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market-leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.

India is our next market, which we are looking to launch in the next 6 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Development and support of HR processes:
    • Recruiting, onboarding, documentation management, profiling and adaptation
    • Motivation, talent retention management
    • Work with involvement and assessment of employee satisfaction
    • Participation in the formation of the system of internal communications
    • Absence management
  • Market research
  • Cooperation with recruitment agencies 
  • Ensure full HR lifecycle management (including employee administration and record-keeping, employee relations, performance management; employee engagement; benefits enrolment; etc.)
  • Prepare contracts, amendments, and other related employment documentation for new hires, existing employees and offboarding

Your Experience

  • Experience in HR from 3 years
  • Perfect understanding of the main functions of HR
  • Experience in filling vacancies (from mass to middle management)
  • Experience with the  process automation will be your advantage
  • Self-starter who is highly team and values-oriented, inquisitive, and enjoys problem-solving
  • Strong decision making skills
  • The ability to build an effective communication process, see the situation from different sides and views points, find mutual understanding with everyone
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Positive attitude towards life and work, the desire to take care of their teams
  • English knowledge at an advanced speaking/writing level is a must


On-site work (Mumbai), fixed Mon-Fri working week (flexibility is encouraged, in case of any HR related emergencies)
