We are seeking for a CHIEF AMAZON SALES who will be a leader in Amazon sales, combining experience in a digital marketing, a passion for sales, bold experimentation and
goal-oriented focused. Your primary responsibility is to position strategically our brand’s products for maximum impact via Amazon, that involves conducting comprehensive domain
analysis, keyword research and competitor assessments to refine our product positioning strategies.

Responsibilities:
● Developing and implementing a sales plan for all the products in different
geographical areas;
● Creation of projects aimed at implementing the strategy of increasing net profit.
● Giving suggestions for a better tools and projects;
● Analyze, monitor and evaluate the viability of ad-campaigns;
● Developing and implementing PPC to increase listing effectiveness;
● Managing the Sales team and improving their operational efficiency due to workflow
optimization;
● Effectively interacting with Logistics, Marketing, Support, and Finance teams.
Competitor Analysis and Strategy:
● We are looking for a candidate responsible for conducting a thorough analysis of
competitors to identify the strengths and weaknesses of competing products. Your
task will be to uncover insights and new selling points or key features that we are not
currently utilizing for boosting our sales.
Product Positioning Alignment:
● You will collaborate closely with product teams to understand thoroughly unique
selling points and product features.
Product Positioning Strategy:
● You will utilize your analysis to optimize existing product positioning strategies and
propose new positioning strategies or adjustments based on your findings for current
products.
Collaboration and Content Creation:
● You will collaborate with designers and PPC, assigning tasks based on your analysis and product features. Your main objective is to ensure the creation of high-quality
product listings, including images and enhanced content, to enhance sales.
What we expect from you:
● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Director or Head of Amazon in ecommerce or as a Marketing Director in companies with a monthly turnover of USD
500,000 or more.
● Proficiency in conducting analysis, devising plans, and driving sales growth.
● Knowing of platforms such as Jungle Scout and Helium 10.
● An in-depth understanding of digital marketing, with the ability to independently manage various sales channels (including contextual advertising, targeted advertising, SEO, PPC).
● Experience of setting up advertisements using internal marketplace tools.
● Creating experience and effectively leading teams, including remote teams.
● Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
● Project management expertise.
● Business acumen: the ability to select projects in keeping with business objectives, calculate team ROI and focus on high-impact initiatives.
● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
● Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, self-reliance, and strong analytical skills.
● Written and spoken English: Upper-Intermediate and higher;
